We are currently hiring a Working Foreman – Asphalt Paving to lead a paving crew while actively operating equipment and contributing on-site. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work and running efficient, safe jobs.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and work alongside an asphalt paving crew on highways, roads, parking lots, and driveways
  • Operate paving equipment and perform tasks such as spreading, rolling, tamping, and patching
  • Coordinate crew activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
  • Calculate truck needs and manage asphalt flow from the plant to job sites
  • Interpret construction plans and ensure proper execution
  • Communicate daily with project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors
  • Enforce all safety policies and maintain a safe job site

What You Bring

  • Experience as an asphalt paving foreman, lead, or heavy equipment operator
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a crew
  • Hands-on experience operating paving equipment
  • Solid understanding of asphalt paving processes and job site coordination
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and demanding environments
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
  • Valid driver’s license

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Outdoor construction environment (heat, cold, wind, rain, dust)
  • Full-time hours with overtime as needed to complete projects
  • Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, and equipment operation
