Concrete Foreman
Asphalt Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and manage commercial and municipal concrete crews throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating crews, maintaining production schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and promoting a safe and efficient jobsite.
We are a second-generation, family-owned company with over 45 years of experience performing asphalt paving, concrete construction, grading, milling, and maintenance services.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate concrete crews on commercial and municipal projects
- Read and interpret plans, grades, and project specifications
- Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, and equipment needs
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high-quality workmanship
- Communicate with project managers, superintendents, inspectors, subcontractors, and customers
- Lead by example with professionalism, safety, and work ethic
- Perform layout and oversee curb & gutter, sidewalks, flatwork, and related concrete construction
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and OSHA requirements
Qualifications
- Previous experience leading concrete crews required
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction practices and finishing
- Ability to read blueprints and site plans
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license required; CDL is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors and extended seasonal hours as needed
