Concrete Foreman

Asphalt Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and manage commercial and municipal concrete crews throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating crews, maintaining production schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and promoting a safe and efficient jobsite.

We are a second-generation, family-owned company with over 45 years of experience performing asphalt paving, concrete construction, grading, milling, and maintenance services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate concrete crews on commercial and municipal projects
• Read and interpret plans, grades, and project specifications
• Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, and equipment needs
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high-quality workmanship
• Communicate with project managers, superintendents, inspectors, subcontractors, and customers
• Lead by example with professionalism, safety, and work ethic
• Perform layout and oversee curb & gutter, sidewalks, flatwork, and related concrete construction
• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and OSHA requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading concrete crews required
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction practices and finishing
• Ability to read blueprints and site plans
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors and extended seasonal hours as needed
