Job Summary:

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our concrete crew. Your tasks will include ensuring the proper setup, pouring, and finishing of concrete for projects such as curbs, gutters, flatwork. Effective communication with the crew and close coordination with managers and sub-contractors will be essential for ensuring efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct concrete crews
  • Coordinate project timelines, crew schedules, and materials
  • Set grades, align forms, and inspect completed work
  • Communicate with estimators, operations, and clients
  • Operate equipment and assist with work as needed

Qualifications:

  • Prior concrete crew leadership experience required
  • Ability to read blueprints and set grade
  • Valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus)
  • Ability to travel and work full shifts (8+ hours/day)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
