Asphalt Maintenance Field Leader

About Us:
Asphalt Contractors, Inc. is a full-service paving contractor with over 45 years in the industry. Our maintenance division specializes in seal coating, crack filling, striping, patching, and long-term pavement preservation. We’re a fast-paced, family-owned business known for quality work, reliable crews, and long-term customer relationships.

We're looking for a dependable and motivated individual to help lead and oversee daily asphalt maintenance operations. This role could be hands-on in the field or a more supervisory position depending on your background and leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day asphalt maintenance operations including sealcoating, crack filling, and striping

  • Work with crews to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency

  • Assist with scheduling, materials coordination, and job preparation

  • Communicate with customers and internal team members as needed

  • Ensure jobs are completed on time and according to specifications

  • Participate in or oversee fieldwork depending on experience level

  • Help train and guide less experienced crew members

Ideal Experience:

  • Experience in asphalt maintenance or a related trade

  • Comfortable leading a crew or working toward leadership

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Knowledge of maintenance equipment and techniques preferred

  • Valid driver’s license required
